Easy Coffee Popsicles

There isn’t a day that doesn’t go by, where I don’t enjoy a cup {or two, maybe three} in peace and quiet. It’s my definition of a mommy treat, that also gives me a boost of energy when I need it. And since it’s summer time here and we are currently melting away, a nice iced latte with a pretty straw fis very much appreciated for this mama and usually my go-to beverage when I need a quick pick-me-up.
