GRANDMA’S FRENCH TOAST RECIPE

Mornings at Grandma and Grandpa’s house were always the best because Grandma knew how to make the best French Toast. One of the things that made Grandma’s French toast so good was that, as kids, we didn’t like the big fancy breads that our parents would always buy – the kind with all sorts of seeds and stuff in it. No, we liked our favorite white bread with everything – peanut butter jelly sandwiches, bologna sandwiches, and of course French toast. Wonder Bread was my personal favorite, but any ordinary regular white bread would do – and as far as we knew it was all Wonder Bread anyways.
