Keto Deviled Egg Salad

Edit
I have been making deviled eggs as my designated side dish for many different holidays since becoming keto. It is a great standard keto item, easily tracked, and everybody seems to enjoy deviled eggs. The hard part is that they are not always the easiest to make. I swear there is some sort of higher power that knows when deviled eggs are being made and make the shells impossible to peel. One trick that I have noticed seems to be helping recently is that right after you take the eggs off the heat and pour out the hot water into the sink, knock the eggs around the pot to break the shells. Then fill with ice water and pour ice cubes on top. This seems to help the egg contract and make peeling easier. But like I said, a higher power usually ends up making the decision. That is why I love this recipe. No nice looking eggs are necessary!
