Instructions
Wrap the pralines in a cloth. Crush them with a hammer wrapped in cling film.
Heat the honey in a saucepan over low heat. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Stir the boiling honey into a thin stream and continue beating until cool.
